1. What is the minimum on-line order from Available Stock?
One carton.
2. How many tins are in a carton?
Carton quantity varies depending on the size of the tin.

3. How long does it take for my order to be despatched?
Once payment confirmation is received orders are usually despatched within 24-48 hours.
4. How can I make a payment for my order?
There are four payment options:-
- PayPal
- Visa
- Mastercard
- EFT*
* Electronic Funds Transfer / Direct Deposit into our account
Please ensure you quote an order number. Goods will only be despatched after payment confirmation.
5. How long does it take for my goods to arrive?
- Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne Metropolitan Areas : 1-2 days
- Country Areas + SA : Approx 3-5 days
- WA : Approx 5-7 days
- Tasmania: Approx 5-9 days

We use Fastway and Hunter Express for deliveries within Australia.
6. Do you deliver outside Australia?
Currently we do offer delivery outside Australia from our Available Stock range.
7. Damaged Goods
The Tin Box Company of Australia ensure your purchases leave our logistics warehouse in good condition but cannot take responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
8. Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Return of goods are at customers expense.
9. What can we do if we ordered the wrong item?
Please call us immediately and we will arrange for the correct item to be despatched. Freight for both despatch and return will be at customers expense.
10. What can we do if we receive the wrong item?
Please call us immediately. If this is due to our packing error we will arrange to despatch the correct item to you and pick up the incorrect goods.
